Julie & Darren are two highly trained chefs who have been representing the seacoast's food scene for nearly their entire adult lives. They own Cure Restaurant, a local favorite at which Julie is the Executive Chef, in Portsmouth, NH, and Emerald Elevation, a high end edible manufacturer in Eliot, ME. They take me through how they came to be while touching on the challenges of being married and raising children while working in their industry.
